All orders are processed within 1-4 business days once you receive our order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by email at service@iel-lachance.com indicating your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
In general, your package will be delivered by Purolator or Canada Post.
IEL-Lachance works with several carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, and the time of year. Usually, once the package has been shipped, it takes 1 to 10 business days to receive it.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers, and under no circumstances can IEL-Lachance be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed when placing your order
We offer international shipping services. Customer service will contact you regarding shipping costs. Depending on the Incoterm agreed with customer service, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. IEL-Lachance is not responsible for these fees, if they are applied, and are your responsibility as a customer. You will be informed about these charges, if applicable, before your order is shipped.
